Population count + density for an H3 CELL, from a gridded source (e.g. GHSL). A cell measure — cell-ness is in the `space` block, not the name. Valid-time is `observed_at` (the source epoch, e.g. a GHSL 5-year epoch); population is low-frequency so it carries indexes but not a hypertable.
