A SUBSCRIPTION / trigger — WHEN an event matches, THEN fire an action. Domain-agnostic and data-driven (a Studio edits these): the match is a condition on events, the action is what to do. This is how a flood alert auto-fires the advisor without a hard-coded pipeline.
